POLICY

SHIPPING
All items are shipped via U.S. Postal Service and take approximately 5-7 business days once your order is placed. Tracking numbers will be sent to the email address and or phone number provided with the purchase.

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days before shipping. Again, It’s possible that shipping could take up to 5-7 business days.

If an order is placed on a national holiday or after 4 p.m. EST on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, it will be shipped the following business day.

INSURANCE
Isn’t responsible for any lost items. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, we will assist you in locating your package with USPS. All orders are covered with insurance to protect Crowned Pink Collection and the customer.  

RETURNS/EXCHANGES
No returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
There are absolutely no refunds or exchanges permitted at Crowned Pink Collection, LLC. If you choose to proceed and submit an order you are agreeing to and acknowledging this policy and you agree not to file a dispute or charge back for your purchase. Thank you for your cooperation.
